We are halfway through the year, and this is an important opportunity to come together, reflect on our progress, and ask: Where are we now, and where do we want to go from here?

We want to hear from families, staff, students, and community partners as we:

• 🌟 Celebrate what we have accomplished together
• 💡 Reflect on what is working well for students and families
• 👂 Listen to what our families, students, and staff are experiencing
• 🔎 Identify areas where we still have needs or opportunities for growth
• 🤝 Discuss what we can strengthen or do differently during the second half of the year
• ❤️ Continue working together toward our Community Schools goals

💬 Your Voice and Ideas Matter!

This is our opportunity to check in as a community. What is working? What could be better? What should we focus on next?

Your experiences and ideas will help guide our priorities for the remainder of the year. Everyone is welcome, and every voice matters!

Estamos a mitad del año, y este es un momento importante para reunirnos, reflexionar sobre nuestro progreso y preguntarnos: ¿Dónde estamos ahora y hacia dónde queremos avanzar?

Queremos escuchar las voces de familias, personal escolar, estudiantes y colaboradores de la comunidad para:

• 🌟 Celebrar lo que hemos logrado juntos
• 💡 Reflexionar sobre lo que está funcionando bien para nuestros estudiantes y familias
• 👂 Escuchar las experiencias de nuestras familias, estudiantes y personal
• 🔎 Identificar las áreas donde todavía existen necesidades u oportunidades para mejorar
• 🤝 Conversar sobre lo que podemos fortalecer o hacer de manera diferente durante la segunda mitad del año
• ❤️ Continuar trabajando juntos para alcanzar nuestras metas de Escuelas Comunitarias
